Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Gin & Tonic Mustard
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt and white pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and mash in a bowl with mayo and mustard.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with fresh chives.
