I must confess I’m not one for celebrating Valentine’s Day … “Work is Love made visible.” wrote Kahlil Gibran. So that means making my artisan mustards is love made visible… so there you go. I hope you feel the LOVE when you eat them; they really partner so well with almost all foods, bring out the best in them, and give wholeheartedly, please eat more!
